But still, to draw one of them upsidedown is so hard. I always have one that turns into a deformed chipmunk or something.

Your competition must have been quite tough! I like the composition of the characters, and the subtle swirls (although I wonder if they would show up much in print?). However, the shading can look a little flat (especially when not full-viewing) and the text doesn't really fit in.

You can always simply draw one first, then flip your piece of paper and draw the other ^^;.

OH MI GOSH! o_0; I've seen this image before... on the MANIFEST website! XD Yeah, I submitted too, but didn't make it either ;_; I was, like you, one of the final four. Take a guess which one I did?? XD

wow thats gorgeous!! I love the ying-yang/light-dark, opposites etc. The compostion is great too! and the drawing and colour, its all great!! :D :D

That's true and I have and will. It's just the porportions give me trouble. Drawing people's not my strong point to begin with. :)
